Subprocessors

Last updated: 1 July 2026

Krova Cloud engages a limited number of subprocessors to help provide the Service. To protect the security and confidentiality of our infrastructure, we do not publish their identities on this page — but we make a current list available to customers on request, as described below and in our Data Processing Addendum.

1. What is a subprocessor?

A subprocessor is a third party we engage to process personal data on our behalf in order to provide the Service — for example a hosting provider, a payment processor, or an email delivery provider. We impose data-protection obligations on each subprocessor that are substantially the same as those we commit to in our Data Processing Addendum, appropriate to the nature of the services it provides, and we remain liable to you for the acts and omissions of our subprocessors to the same extent we would be liable if performing their services ourselves.

2. Requesting the current list

If you are a Krova Cloudcustomer, you may request our current subprocessor list — including each subprocessor's role, the categories of data it processes, and its processing location — by contacting [email protected]. We provide the list so that you can meet your own data-protection obligations and exercise the objection right described below. We may ask you to keep the list confidential.

3. Changes and objections

Before adding a new subprocessor or replacing an existing one, we give affected customers at least 30 days' advance notice by email to the account address or by another direct means (you can ask us at the address above to be included in these notifications). If you have a reasonable data-protection-related objection to a new subprocessor, notify us in writing within that notice period. We will work with you in good faith to address the objection; if we cannot reach a resolution, you may terminate the portion of the Service that cannot be provided without the objected-to subprocessor by written notice, as your sole and exclusive remedy.

4. Contact

Questions about our use of subprocessors can be sent to [email protected].
